Corner Cutting

The sequence control unit means that it is not possible to cut corners on cleaning, very important

Requires 220vac, RCD protected circuit. 3/4 washing machine valve water connection. Does not heat water, can operate from a hot or cold water supply. Requires to be placed near a drain

Service Life

A low cost machine designed for use in small breweries, typically cleaning less than 40 casks per day. Some machines have been in use for several years.

Number Built

Over 12 in service

Modifications

Larger multiple head machines can be built to special order. Can be adapted to clean kegs and other containers

Comment

Cask washing can be done by hand, but soon becomes an arduous and unpleasant chore. Recommended for 5brl systems and larger. Jet washer machines might not handle food grade detergents and lances cannot clean behind themselves
